LeadSwell is an online lead generation company started in 2007 by husband & wife team Matt & Relissa Payne.

Matt Payne - President

Prior to launching LeadSwell, Matt enjoyed 7 successful years in the sales department of Topica, an email marketing company based in San Francisco. Matt fondly recalls selling some of the earlier banner advertising for Miller Freeman (now CMP Media) in 1998 when, “marketers arrived at our inboxes with buckets full of cash.” Matt is inspired by creative people, big ideas, and his passion to better the World for his daughter Liv. Matt graduated from the University of Southern California in 1995 with a BS in Business Administration, emphasizing in Entrepreneurship.

Relissa Payne - Operations

Relissa brings over 10 years of successful software sales to LeadSwell. She launched her business career in 1996 @ Oracle creating new business with clients such as Chevron, Lockheed Martin and IBM. By 2005, Relissa ended her successful 9 year tenure at Oracle in the Field as an Applications Sales Manager in Oracle’s Higher Education Division. Managing systemwide deals on the West, Relissa helped clients develop technology strategies for their business, emphasizing business processes and operational flows. These days, Relissa stays busy with Livia, teaching baby how to run a successful Internet business. Relissa graduated from UC Davis in 1995 with a BS Degree.
